Such contacts enable them to unfold their full potential and provide a network that guarantees every participant more successful personal and professional development in our fast paced and digitally integrated world.

For the Young
If you are a student or young professional entering a new career you can get help from those experienced in your professional field. Make friends with people that have answers to the questions that bother you.
Join our Group and make new friends that can help you become more successful.
About our Mentoring Program:
Our goal is to foster informal relationships between knowledgeable and educated individuals. If you are one of those making their first professional steps, we can match you with experienced professionals that possess a multitude of knowledge in your industry or area of interest. Making friends is the best result from our efforts.
To build some structure we recommend regular monthly meetings for our participants – especially in the beginning. Our program lasts between 3 and 6 months and is 100% voluntary. Since our participants are all around the world meetings could be conducted over the phone or using some over the internet voice or video conferencing service preferred by the participants.
We love to have fun and occasionally organize events that are great opportunities for personal contact between great people.
If you are a university student or a young professional, just join us and we will find a suitable mentor for you.
We love helping our young friends and hope you do so too. We created this program to give you opportunity to help those that do not have your knowledge and experience, but also to enable your connection with seasoned professionals that can help your own career acceleration.
If you feel you could volunteer one or two hours a month to help a young professional from your field of expertise with advice while making new friends please join our group. We can also find a seasoned mentor that can answer questions that are critical for your own career success.
Usually, our mentors spend 1 hour a month helping a mentee overcome challenges and set specific professional and development goals. Our years of experience show that many participants build long lasting relationships. The free structure of our program provides the opportunity for everyone to get the most out of it in accordance with individual needs and goals. The program lasts between 3 and 6 months. About Us
We are a group of volunteers with a common goal to help Bulgarian professionals in their job related and personal development. Since many successful professionals are willing to help the younger generation by using their experience and knowledge, our volunteers are devoted to the idea of creating conditions for personal contacts among the professional community.
